FSA and Commuter Choice Accounts for Swarovski

Benefit Strategies, LLC is excited to offer both Flexible Spending and Commuter Choice benefits to eligible employees of Swarovski! Changes to your Medical Spending Account and Dependent Care Accounts can only be done at Open Enrollment or if you experience a Qualifying Life Event during the year. Changes to your Parking and Transit Accounts can be made on a month-to-month basis. Please see your HR department if you experience a qualifying life event to make changes to your benefit plans. Parking garages near/at your place of employment and transit station lots are eligible parking expenses. *Note: Most of these places will not have a credit card machine for the debit card to be used. In such situations, please pay out-of-pocket, file a claim form and we will send you a reimbursement check.
Please be sure to select "CREDIT" as the payment method if you use your debit card at a kiosk. While the card says "debit" on it, it is a pin-less card and must be processed as credit to be approved.
