Transit and Parking Reimbursement Accounts for Young & Rubicam Group Employees

Welcome!

TRIP Program Election Change Form

At this time, Benefit Strategies, LLC is excited to offer both Transit and Parking benefits to eligible employees of Young & Rubicam Group! We have added an enrollment form on the site that employees can submit via email directly to Benefit Strategies. Please click on the TRIP Program Election Change Form link to access the form.

The enrollment form allows for Transit and/or Parking changes. The form takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete and is designed to be extremely user-friendly. Please note that the 27th will be the final date of the month to make any changes to take effect for the next month’s payrolls. For example, changes made on or before April 27th will be reported to payroll so that your May 15th paycheck indicates the change made. Changes made April 28th, or after, will be reflected in your June 15 paycheck.

Listed below are the most common answers to questions Benefit Strategies has received about using the debit card:

  • If you need to file a claim because your card has not yet arrived and you had to pay for the monthly pass out-of-pocket, please click the link here to go to download the Commuter Choice (Parking and Transit) Claim Form. *Please note: Benefit Strategies will not be reimbursing employees for daily commuting expenses should there be an issue purchasing their monthly pass. Please contact us immediately if you experience an issue.

  • MTA and LIRR stations and their online websites, along with several other merchants, are the best places to use your debit card to buy your monthly Transit passes.

  • Parking garages near/at your place of employment and MTA station lots are eligible parking expenses. *Note: Most of these places will not have a credit card machine for the debit card to be used. In such situations, please pay out-of-pocket, file a claim form and we will send you a reimbursement check.

  • Please be sure to select “CREDIT” as the payment method if you use your card at a kiosk.  While the card says “debit” on it, it is a pin-less card and must be processed as credit to be approved.

If you are filing a paper claim for reimbursement or sending any type of other correspondence, please use any of the following methods which you see fit:
