Health Care Spending Account Plan Year Maximum for 2010 has been increased to $5,000.

EXISTING 2009 PARTICIPANTS RE-ENROLLING FOR 2010:
Once you log in and have completed your online enrollment, go to the Profile Tab and click on Profile Summary.  This tab will allow you to change or enter:

• your address
• your email address
• your direct deposit information
• your date of birth
• your gender
• your marital status
• your dependents

Benefit Strategies, LLC will begin offering services to GIC FSA plan participants effective 11/1/2009.

If you enroll online between 12/5 and 12/18 you must print out your confirmation page and give it to your payroll office in order for deductions to begin for 2010.

• Please submit all claims after October 23, 2009 to Benefit Strategies.
  
  
• If you have an existing HCSA balance as of October 23, 2009, look for your new FlexExpress debit card on or before November 1, 2009. 
  
  
• All customer service inquiries regarding claims history prior to October 23, 2009 should be directed to SHPS.  All customer service inquiries regarding claims history or service questions after October 23, 2009 should be directed to Benefit Strategies by dialing 1-877-FLEXGIC (1-877-353-9442) or email us at flexgic@benstrat.com.
  
  
• Existing participants in 2009 can RE-ENROLL on line during Open Enrollment between October 5th and December 18th, 2009. Simply follow the instructions below:
  
  Enter your username and password (example: Joe Smith with a Social Security Number of 123-45-6789 would be user name jsmith6789. Your password by default to get in is changeme.  As soon as you login to the site, you will be prompted to change your password and create security questions.
