Flexible Benefit Administration (FLEX)
Internal
Revenue Code Section 125 and Section 132 provide employers
and employees with an opportunity to reduce their tax liability
on money spent toward insurance premiums, healthcare, dependent
care, or work-related parking/transit expenses. Employers
must sponsor a Section 125 Plan or Section 132 Plan in order
for their employees to participate and realize a savings.
Benefit Strategies offers full plan design assistance, administration
services and, where applicable, compliance or plan document
assistance with many types of plans. Benefit Strategies believes
in utilizing available technology to create efficiencies for
our clients and participants, without sacrificing the human
touch required to provide superior customer service.
Our reception staff is available Monday through Friday between
the hours of 8:30a.m. and 5:00p.m. This ensures you and your
employees will reach a representative when you call our offices.
In addition, our account administration staff utilizes a team
approach so that even if your designated Account manager is
busy with another client, you will be able to receive the
assistance you need. If an inquiry is received by our office,
via email or voice mail, our service commitment calls for
a three (3) hour turn around.
In addition, we offer on-line access to employers and plan
participants, providing pertinent account information 24/7.
Our administrative systems utilize the latest web technology.
