Trust Administration -- a unique niche that Benefit Strategies is experienced in filling. We currently service various Taft-Hartley Trusts, as well as health trusts. We are capable of designing a program that can fill the complex needs of many trusts. We’ll handle all administrative aspects, to include customer service, communication to plan participants and plan sponsors as requested, and prompt, timely processing and payment of participant claims.

Brief Overview of Trust Services

• Prepare necessary correspondence to plan participants, as required
• Collect, record and forward premiums
• Communication of Open Enrollment plan and rate changes to trust participants
• Interaction with carriers
