Benefit Strategies Operations During Pandemic

Out of an abundance of caution for the wellbeing of our community and employees, Benefit Strategies has been operating largely on a work from home basis since March of 2020. Although we have been able to continue normal operations throughout this time, we highly recommend you use one of our many electronic methods to file claims and make premium billing payments.     Benefit Strategies takes data protection seriously. We voluntarily comply with stringent data protections protocols and go through annual auditing to make sure those protocols work. To name a few: SSAE 16 Type 2 Soc 2 certified, successful completion of CISSP audit, documented WISP that includes compliance with the Massachusetts Data Protection Law, Disaster Recovery Plan, mandatory annual HIPAA training for all staff.
