Welcome! Mass General Brigham Health Plan and Voya Financial have partnered to offer our members even more choice and flexibility. Now individuals and families who are enrolled in one of Mass General Brigham Health Plan Health Savings Account qualified health plans through the MA Health Connector, Health Services Administrators (HSA), or Small Business Service Bureau-Mosaic (SBSB) can sign up for a convenient, tax-advantaged Health Savings Account.

It’s Easy to Enroll in a Health Savings Account with Voya Financial

Simply call Voya at the dedicated Mass General Brigham Health Plans customer service line, 1-603-232-8037 (TDD Line: 1-603-232-8089).

A representative will walk you through the enrollment process – it’s quick and easy. Please have your Mass General Brigham Health Plans Member ID available along with other personal information. We will also ask for your Social Security Number (SSN). We need this because opening a Health Savings Account is the same as opening any bank account and the SSN is required to open the account. Once we have all of your information, the representative will let you know that you can complete your enrollment on our secure member portal.
